What makes an Espo site "AI-discoverable"?
Two things AI answer engines actually reward: the site is server-rendered, so when ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google's AI crawls it, the content is already in the page — not loaded later by JavaScript that crawlers ignore. And we publish original, structured, local-authority content (neighborhood guides, market analysis, FAQ with schema markup) on a domain you own. Most brokerage and template sites are client-side rendered, so AI engines see a near-empty page and cite someone else. With our flagship client, Better Brokers Realty Group, one of their sites ranks position 1.0 for "selling a home in granite bay" (verified), and three of their agents were named unprompted in ChatGPT and Gemini answers for local queries (team-reported).
What does the website AI agent do?
The website AI agent answers public questions about pricing, fit, proof, features, comparisons, and booking a founder walkthrough. It can point visitors to the right page, explain which tier fits a broker, team lead, or solo agent, and use browser mic dictation when available. It is separate from the CRM assistant, which lives inside a client account and can update records, draft messages, move deals, and create tasks.
Do you show off a home valuation agent on Espo.ai?
No. Espo.ai only explains that capability. On a client site, a home valuation AI agent can ask a seller for address, timeline, motivation, property condition, upgrades, special features, and constraints, then create a seller lead with useful context in the CRM. The value is the conversation and handoff, not a one-field form that emails a bare address.
What does "a brand you own" actually mean?
The domain, the design, the content, the SEO and AI-search equity, and your contact and lead data all belong to you — not to a brokerage and not to a vendor. A brokerage profile or a rented template site disappears the day you switch brokerages (agents move roughly every three years). An owned site carries across to any brokerage you join. If you ever leave Espo too, we hand you a full data export within 48 hours, no questions asked.
How is this different from a Lofty or Luxury Presence website?
Lofty and Luxury Presence are real products that do real things — Lofty is a deep all-in-one CRM with IDX templates, and Luxury Presence builds polished template sites. The differences are design, rendering, and who runs it. Their websites are typically templated (house style) and client-side rendered (invisible to AI search). Espo sites are custom-designed, server-rendered for AI visibility, and built specifically for real-estate teams, which is why they ship in weeks. And Espo is software-with-a-service: a real person runs your managed ads on your own ad account, instead of handing you a wider dashboard to drive yourself.
Do I have to leave my brokerage to use Espo?
No — it is purely additive. If you are at Compass, Sotheby's, eXp, Keller Williams, or Douglas Elliman, keep every tool your brokerage gives you: the profile, the CRM, the network, the pre-market inventory. Espo adds the one thing a brokerage can't — a distinctive, AI-discoverable brand on a domain you own — and we build it broker-compliant by default, with your DRE and responsible broker shown prominently and IDX flowing through your managing broker. See the Compass comparison for exactly how that works.
How fast can you really build this?
The full Growth Partner stack — a custom, server-rendered, AI-discoverable website plus IDX, the CRM with an embedded AI assistant, and managed Meta ad campaigns on your own ad account — goes live within 21 days. That is an operational guarantee, not an estimate; our flagship client's entire stack was live in 21 days (verified). Because everything is built in-house specifically for real-estate teams, we move in weeks where a generic agency or template rollout takes months. And we don't stop at launch — see the build log for how often we ship improvements.
Do the ads run on my account or yours?
Yours. Every managed Meta and Google campaign runs through your own ad account, so you own the pixel, the lookalike audiences, and every dollar of conversion learning — for life. Most managed-ad services and local agencies run campaigns through their own accounts, which means the years of audience data leave with the vendor when the relationship ends. Ours stays with you. On our flagship client's listing program, 162 listing leads came in at a $3.51 average cost per lead on $569 of spend (verified, through February 2026); a live new-build campaign ran 129 leads at $3.92 CPL on $505.95 of spend (verified, through April 26, 2026).
Is the AI assistant expensive to run?
No usage meter for the client — AI usage is included in Espo Pro and Growth Partner. At our flagship client, one agent sent 858 messages to the assistant in a single measured month (verified). The assistant lives inside the CRM and actually moves work — it updates deals, drafts messages, enrolls sequences, and answers questions in plain English, including from an agent's phone.
What if you don't have a feature I need yet?
We build fast and we build for real-estate teams specifically, so "we don't have that yet" usually turns into "we shipped it." We publish a running build log of client-facing improvements precisely because the velocity is the point. If you can describe the outcome you need, there is a good chance you'll be among the first teams to have it. That said, we win honestly — where a brokerage tool or another vendor already covers something well, we'll tell you, and our comparison chart shows the rows where they match us.
